Also known as anti-scratch film, scuff-free film, and anti-scuff film. Anti-Scuff Thermal Lamination Film is a top-coated, scuff-resistant film with an extra matt look. The surface of this product has high dyne levels which means that it will avoid minor scratches from occurring on the normal lamination films. It is also good for UV inks and hot stamping.

This thermal film has been widely applied for use in the custom packing industry as well as premium book covers, case-bound books, and other quality graphic solutions.

  • Standard Thickness is 25micron, base film 10 micron and EVA 15 micron. Customization are avaliable.
  • Roll Width can be from 200mm - 1500mm and length from 300m - 4000m.
  • Corona Treatment: Double Side.
  • Under two joint.
  • Compound Temperature: 85℃ - 110℃ (185℉ - 230℉).
  • Compound Pressure: 10 - 18mpa.
  • Compound Speed: 10 - 60m/min.
  • Machinery Required: Dry Laminator, Hot Laminator, Thermal Laminator (Either Automatic Or Semi-Automatic).
  • We recommend you handle this film with care, as it is an extra-matt finish. If possible use cotton gloves or at least wash your hands before touching.
